Ideal Candidate ProfileMBA from a tier-1 B-school with 12-20 years of experience preferably from consumer goods and FMCG industryPrevious stint in marketing or HO role is desiredProven experience in managing regional / zonal business operationsStrong track record of delivering P&L; targetsExperience across multi-channel sales (LFR, GT, KA, MBO, etc.)Excellent leadership and team management skillsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ability
