REVIV is a doctor-led IV therapy clinic offering NAD+, glutathione, hydration and recovery protocols, both in-clinic and as an at-home concierge service. We are looking for someone to own the client journey from first enquiry to repeat visit.What you'll ownRespond to every inbound enquiry (WhatsApp, call, web form, Instagram DM) within 5 minutes during clinic hours.Run consultative conversations that match a client's goal — energy, recovery, skin, immunity, jetlag — to the right protocol, and convert to a booked, paid appointmentSell multi-session packages and memberships, not just single dripsManage front-of-house: greet clients, handle check-in, maintain the arrival experience to a five-star standardCoordinate the daily schedule between doctors, nurses and at-home concierge visitsOwn the follow-up cycle: post-session check-ins, rebooking, and reactivation of dormant clientsMaintain accurate records in the CRM; report weekly on enquiries, conversion,



and revenueRequest and follow up on Google reviews from satisfied clientsEscalate all clinical questions to the medical team — never advise on medical suitability independentlyPrepare a Monday-morning handover note before your day off so the clinical team can cover anything time-sensitiveConduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment with clinic goals.Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming clinic environment for patients and staff.You should have3–6 years in a client-facing conversion role at a premium aesthetic clinic, dermatology or hair transplant centre, fertility clinic, luxury spa, or five-star hotel guest relationsComfort explaining wellness and medical concepts in plain language without overclaimingFluent English & Hindi or Kannada; a third language is a plus.Immaculate personal presentation and phone mannerWorking knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google CalendarYou'll do well here if you understand that our clients are buying reassurance and precision, and that discounting is not a tool available to you.Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru. On-site only.Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Monday weekly off. This is an on-floor role — you are the first person a client sees and the voice they hear before they arrive.
