This role offers high-impact exposure to M&A; transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, internation tax matters and cross-border tax advisory.PositionsFresher CA with tax experience during articleship.CA with 2 to 3 years of post qualification experience in tax consulting or advisory.Location-Erandwane,PuneKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth research and formulate conclusions across Income Tax, FEMA, GST, Companies Act, Stamp Duty, and related statutes.Deliverable Drafting:



Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including detailed advisory memos, executive presentations, and Excel models.Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end assignment execution with clients, internal teams, and external experts.Regulatory Intelligence: Track evolving tax, legal, and accounting updates to draft timely updates for the firm and its clients.Business Development Support: Assist with growth initiatives by conducting company/financial research, drafting proposals, and preparing pitch decks.Candidate ProfileStrong analytical skills and a sound conceptual grasp of direct tax and international tax treaties, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
