Experience: 0–2 years | Solid freshers welcomeAbout HSIMHSIM (Hindustan School of Internet Marketing) is a practical digital marketing institute focused on helping students build real-world skills and careers in digital marketing.As we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Junior Career Counsellor who is confident, energetic and interested in helping students make informed career decisions.What You'll DoHandle incoming student enquiriesMake counselling and follow-up callsUnderstand students' career goals and requirementsConduct initial career counsellingConvert qualified leads into campus counselling visitsAssist with face-to-face counselling and course presentationsFollow up with prospective students and parentsLearn and apply objection-handling and closing techniquesMaintain accurate lead and follow-up recordsTake ownership of assigned leads from Lead → Visit → AdmissionTeam TargetThe initial Chandigarh team goal is:400–450 leads → 60+ counselling visits → 15+ paid admissions/monthYou will progressively take ownership of your assigned leads,
