About the RoleAs the Business Head (Sales, Dealer Success & Service), you will be responsible for building and scaling Lumani Schüco's dealer and architect network across North India. Your mission is to drive profitable growth through dealer success, technical excellence, and premium customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesExpand and strengthen the dealer network across North India.Drive dealer success through commercial, technical, marketing, and credit support.Build and retain strong relationships with architects, PMCs, builders, and key influencers.Lead service excellence, installation quality, and post-sales support.Deliver sustainable revenue growth through dealer-led business.Implement and monitor SOPs for sales, quotations, execution, and service operations.Build a high-performance, accountable regional team.Requirements10–15 years in Aluminium windows, façades, doors, or building materials.Strong experience in dealer/channel development and after-sales service.Deep technical knowledge of aluminium window systems.Proven track record of managing ₹200–300 Cr+ annual business.Solid leadership, operational discipline, negotiation, and customer management skills.
