Fixed + uncapped performance incentivesAbout the RoleYou’ll be our first commercial hire for NCR, responsible for building GenPhase’s presence across hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging chains and teleradiology groups.Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a solid NCR sales pipeline- Engage radiologists, HODs, lab directors and healthcare owners- Conduct discovery, product demos and pilots- Drive negotiations, closures and revenue growth- Coordinate PACS/HIS integration and customer go-live- Develop long-term customer relationships and expansion opportunities- Represent GenPhase at IRIA events and industry forums- Track pipeline, forecasts and quarterly targets- Bring market intelligence on customer needs, competitors and pricingWhat We’re Looking For✅ 3+ years of healthcare/medical sales experience — mandatory✅ Experience in teleradiology, PACS,
