Content & Community ManagementCoordinate the creation, curation, and scheduling of social media content.Ensure content is relevant to the client's audience and objectives.Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions where applicable.Coordinate responses to customer queries and issues.Identify relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities for brand engagement.Support influencer collaborations and brand advocacy initiatives.Ensure brand communication remains consistent across platforms.5.
