Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US Staffing to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with US clients, MSP/VMS programs, and direct end clients, and a solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close current business opportunities in US IT & Non-IT staffingEstablish and manage relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partnersGenerate new requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline of job openingsNegotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs with clientsCoordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality submissionsManage client expectations and ensure high client satisfaction and retentionTrack sales activities, forecasts,



and performance metricsStay updated on US staffing trends, market rates, and hiring demandsRepresent the company in client meetings, calls, and negotiations (US time zones)Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience as a BDM / Sales Manager in US StaffingStrong network of clientsIn-depth knowledge of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and meet revenue targetsStrong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and sales processKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Client acquisitionNumber of active job requirementsRevenue generation and growthClient retention and repeat businessConversion ratio (leads to closures)
