Job Description N MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute with an under-graduation in engineering. N Minimum 8 years‘ experience and proven expertise in manufacturing. N Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills N Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities N Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment N Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local language N Readiness to be part ofa challenging work setting involving extensive travel for onsite activity in manufacturing units.
