NnAbout the Role NnWe are looking for an experienced Senior Executive - Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end vendor payments, statutory compliance, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Payable, ERP systems, statutory compliance, and vendor Nmanagement while ensuringtimely and accurate financial reporting. NnKeyResponsibilities Nn● Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice verification, accounting, approvals, and vendor payments. N● Process employee reimbursements, vendor invoices, and expense claims within defined timelines. N● Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies. N● Ensure timely processing of payments while maintaining strong internal controls. N● Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies. N● Handle month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable. N● Coordinate with internal stakeholders for invoice approvals and payment planning. N● Prepare AP ageing reports,



payment schedules, and MIS reports for leadership. N● Ensure proper accounting documentation and audit readiness. NnStatutory Compliance Nn● Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements related to vendor payments. N● Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required documentation. N● Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal financial controls. NnRequired Skills Nn● 3–4 yearsof experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations. N● Strong understanding ofAP processes, vendor accounting, and reconciliations. N● Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Zoho Books, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. N● Good understanding of GST, TDS, statutory deductions, and compliance requirements. N● Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting). N● Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. N● Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. N● High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn● Bachelor‘s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance. N● Experience in a SaaS, HealthTech, FinTech, or startup setting is preferred. N● Exposure to ERP implementation or finance process automation is a plus.
