Job DescriptionRole Purpose: NTo provide strategic leadership for monitoring and evaluation across programs, ensuring rigorous tracking of performance, outcomes, and impact. The role drives evidence-based decision-making by establishing robust systems, generating actionable insights, and strengthening organizational learning to enhance program effectiveness. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nn Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive monitoring frameworks, systems, and standard operating procedures across program verticals. Nnnn Develop advanced M&E; tools, methodologies, and technical guidance aligned with program objectives. Nnnn Build the capacity of internal teams and partner organizations through training, mentoring, and ongoing technical support.



Nnnn Ensure high standards of data integrity through validation, quality assurance, and fact-checking processes. Nnnn Contribute to program design through development of theories of change, logical frameworks, indicators, and measurement plans. Nnnn Analyze program data to generate insights, identify risks, and recommend course corrections. NnnQualifications & Experience: Nn Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Demography, or a related discipline. Nnnn Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Monitoring & Evaluation within CSR, NGO, or international development sectors. Nn
