- Lead Generation: Consistently search for new client leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.n
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.n
- Revenue Ownership:



Take full ownership of revenue numbers from Builder & Developer Sales and drive growth through institutional partnerships.n
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis, to optimize sales strategies and identify current business opportunities.n
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.n
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.n
