nWe curate and manage domestic and international educational tours, student travel programs, experiential learning journeys, and school group tours , working closely with schools, students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
nWe are currently looking for an experienced Freelance International Tour Manager – Europe to accompany and manage a school student group travelling to Europe in October 2026 .




nThis is a project-based opportunity for someone who has genuine hands-on experience managing international school group tours with students and is confident handling the responsibilities that come with travelling with a school delegation.

About the Prospect nThe selected Tour Manager will be responsible for accompanying a school group throughout the Europe tour and ensuring the safety, coordination, discipline, communication, logistics, and overall experience of the students and accompanying staff .
nThis is not a general leisure-tour or individual-travel opportunity.
nWe are specifically looking for someone who has previously travelled internationally with school/student groups and understands the unique requirements of managing minors and educational groups overseas.
