nWe're looking for someone who has:

- Solid architectural design and space-planning skillsn
- Experience developing projects from concept through design developmentn
- Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailingn
- Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentationn
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systemsn
- Ability to develop and coordinate architectural detailsn
- Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultantsn
- Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teamsn
- Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during executionn
- Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issuesn
- Experience coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirementsn
- Ability to manage project deliverables and timelinesn
- Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skillsn
