nWe are looking for Tax Seniors with strong US Tax - Form 1065 (Real Estate) experience to join a leading global accounting and advisory firm.
nLocations: Mumbai | Hyderabad | Ahmedabad
nExperience: 3+ years in US Taxation
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage and review US Partnership Tax – Form 1065 returnsn
- Review Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3n
- Handle Federal, state & local tax filing requirementsn
- Review tax returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and compliancen
- Perform tax planning, projections and research on complex tax mattersn
- Identify tax issues and recommend appropriate solutionsn
- Manage client engagements from planning through finalizationn




- Work closely with US counterparts and clientsn
- Review work performed by junior team members and provide guidancen
- Mentor and support team members in technical and professional developmentn

nKey Requirements:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalentn
- 3+ years of progressive US Tax experiencen
- Robust Form 1065 / Partnership Tax experiencen
- Relevant industry experience in Real Estate/REITs is mandatoryn
- Client-facing / US counterpart experience preferredn
- CPA / CA / EA is an added advantagen
