nChakra is looking for a creative and strategic Brand, Content & Community Manager to shape how our brand shows up — both online and offline.

nWe're looking for someone who understands brand building, storytelling, content and community, and can turn what's happening across Chakra into compelling campaigns, experiences and creative ideas.

nYou'll own Chakra's content calendar, work closely with our videographer/editor to bring ideas to life, and help create partnerships, pop-ups and community experiences that get people excited about the brand.

What You'll Don

Brand & Contentn

- Own and manage Chakra's monthly and weekly content calendarn
- Develop content concepts, campaigns and recurring series that build the Chakra brandn
- Identify compelling stories across our riders, instructors, studios and community and turn them into contentn
- Develop clear creative briefs for our videographer/editor, including concepts, references,



messaging, hooks and CTAsn
- Direct the creation of Reels, Stories, static posts and other social contentn
- Brief and oversee posters, bulletin boards, studio collateral, promotional creatives and other brand assetsn
- Own Chakra's brand voice and ensure messaging and visual identity remain consistent across touchpointsn
- Write and/or oversee copy for social media, campaigns, posters, Stories and app push notificationsn
- Identify which classes, offers, events and initiatives require additional marketing support and build campaigns around themn
- Plan content and creative around studio launches, new formats, instructors, events and other key momentsn
- Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve our content strategy
