nReporting To: Business Head / International Business Head
nAbout Role
nMedikabazaar is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Nutraceutical Export Lead to build and scale our nutraceutical business across Middle East (ME) and Africa, while also contributing to growth in the domestic Indian market.
nThe ideal candidate to have strong experience in B2B sales, international exports, distributor management, market development, and nutraceutical/healthcare products, with the ability to manage a large business portfolio of approximately ₹100 Cr.
nKey Responsibilities
nInternational Business – ME & Africa

- n
- Own the P&L; and revenue growth for the Middle East and Africa markets.n
- Develop and execute market-entry and expansion strategies across identified countries.n
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare institutions and strategic partners.n
- Identify recent business opportunities, customers and distribution partners.n




- Drive the complete export sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations through order closure and collections.n
- Develop country-wise sales plans, targets and growth strategies.n
- Monitor market trends, competition, pricing and customer requirements.n

nDomestic & International Sales

- Drive sales of the nutraceutical portfolio across both domestic and international markets.n
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand the portfolio across existing customers and channels.n
- Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and large institutional customers.n
- Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to achieve revenue and margin objectives.n

nPortfolio Management

- Take end-to-end ownership of a business portfolio of approximately ₹100 Cr.n
- Deliver revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and working-capital objectives.n
