nWhat You'll Be Doing:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our servicesn
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-up messagesn
- Schedule meetings and assist the sales team in day-to-day coordinationn
- Generate leads and support in cold calling campaignsn
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



follow-ups, and CRM entriesn
- Promote our IT and software services to prospective customersn
- Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvementn

nWhat We're Looking For:

- n
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or client-facing experiencen
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Proven ability in lead generation and cold callingn
- Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plusn
- Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbain
