We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Mega Walk-In Customer Support team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are fluent in Tamil or Malayalam and are eager to begin their career in customer service.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in Tamil or Malayalam language through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
