Utthunga is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead - Operator Training Simulator (OTS) to spearhead our process dynamic simulation projects. This role demands deep expertise in OTS project lifecycle management and strong chemical engineering fundamentals. You'll be completely responsible for the successful delivery of complex OTS projects, ensuring adherence to standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

- You'll be responsible for leading a full project lifecycle on process dynamic simulations in line with established standards/guidelines and project requirements.
- You'll take complete responsibility for successful project deliveries, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.

Technical and Industry Experience
- You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of process dynamic simulations.
- You'll need strong chemical engineering fundamentals knowledge and a good understanding of various chemical and refinery processes.
- You should be well-versed with all phases of an OTS project lifecycle, including:
- Kick-off meetings and scope freezing.
- P&ID; markup and data collection.
- Model configuration, bench modeling,



and tuning to match Heat and Material Balance (HMB).
- Model integration.
- Material Acceptance Test (MAT).
- Model integration with SCADA.
- Third-party logic configuration and integration.
- Development of startup, shutdown, and malfunction scenarios.
- Instructor variables.
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- You'll need effective technical and practical engineering skills and the ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate, and timely work.
- You should possess good problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team-playing skills.

Skills & Requirements
- You should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed college/University, with strong Chemical Engineering fundamentals.
- You should be proficient in the implementation of Energetic simulations (using commercial OTS software, preferably UniSim and Aspen Hysys). This includes sound process model development skills.
