Utthunga is seeking two experienced Senior Executives - Procurement (with 5-8 years of experience, ideally in Electrical & Instrumentation - E&I; background) to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and fostering strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, for various goods and services.
- Ensure the timely acquisition of necessary goods and services, meeting project and operational deadlines.
- Source and identify recent suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, quality standards, and pricing competitiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings without compromising quality or delivery schedules.
- Maintain and enhance effective supplier relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Optimize costs across the procurement lifecycle, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value addition.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies,



ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., engineering, project management, finance) to understand their needs and align procurement strategies.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and manage inventory levels where applicable.
- Resolve any supplier-related issues or discrepancies efficiently and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years in a procurement role, preferably with experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) domain.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
