Pivot Roots, a Havas Company is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing graphics. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand designs across digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

- Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
- Design layouts for websites, magazines, brochures, reports, and other publications, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects, ensuring that designs align with the company s branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Create prototypes and mockups for new design concepts, ensuring they meet the required specifications before final production.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools to create high-quality designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies,



and apply them to enhance the company s visual communication strategy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Design for both digital (web, social media, email campaigns) and print (flyers, posters, banners) platforms.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Robust creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to produce innovative designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Agency experience a plus
