Manager - R&D; Nutraceutical Products

This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a highly skilled and innovative Manager - Nutraceutical Products to lead the development of new formulations, especially in powder formats, premixes, and nutri-mixes. You'll bring hands-on product development experience and a strong grasp of FSSAI regulations, driving projects from concept through to successful commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Product Development: Formulate and develop innovative nutraceutical products, focusing on powders, premixes, and nutri-mixes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with FSSAI regulations and other applicable quality standards.
- Ingredient Management: Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials and evaluate functional ingredients.
- Process Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product stability, shelf-life, and sensory characteristics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D;, quality assurance, production,



and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, new ingredients, and scientific advancements within the nutraceutical industry.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, stability studies, and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in nutraceutical product formulation, particularly with powder-based products.
- Robust knowledge of FSSAI regulations, labeling requirements, and food safety guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in product testing, sensory evaluation, and stability studies.
- Ability to troubleshoot formulation and production issues.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
