Analytical Manager

This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for an experienced Analytical Manager to lead the design, development, and validation of analytical methods for evaluating the quality, safety, and nutritional content of Food & Nutra products. You will oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement in analytical methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Method Development & Validation: Lead the design, development, and validation of current analytical methods for evaluating the quality, safety, and nutritional content of Food & Nutra products.
- Laboratory Operations Management: Manage and oversee analytical laboratory operations, including equipment, personnel, and workflows, to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D;, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory teams to ensure analytical methods align with product development goals and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:



Drive continuous improvement of analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and precision in food & nutra-analysis.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and quality standards such as FSSAI, FDA, or ISO.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise including chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and microbiological testing.
- Troubleshooting & Analysis: Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve analytical issues in food & nutra product analysis.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of analytical procedures, method validation reports, and other relevant records.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest advances in food & nutra-analysis technologies and incorporate cutting-edge methods into the lab's practices.
