Operations Executive

This individual contributor role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a professional proficient in all aspects of inventory, logistics planning, and coordination. We are seeking someone eager to learn and continuously improve end-to-end processes, especially in the context of new projects and initiatives tailored to our unique organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee logistics and inventory for D2C, Amazon, and TikTok operations, coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Marketplace Operations: Manage logistics and inventory for marketplace operations (Amazon, Noon, etc.), including shipment creation, tracking, documentation, issue resolution, and TAT management.
- Inventory Planning: Collaborate with the category team to define and plan weekly, fortnightly, and monthly inventory requirements, maintaining detailed reports and managing inventory covers and fills.
- Special Initiatives Support: Work closely with internal teams on new category and channel launches,



as well as adjacent processes.
- Financial Reporting: Support finance by maintaining ongoing shipment-related financial reporting and fulfilling daily, weekly, and ad-hoc turnaround requests.

Qualifications:

- Operations-inclined candidate with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Proficiency in basic Excel and Office suite skills.
- Experience working on Amazon and TikTok platforms is desirable.
- Experience in operations and shipment logistics, especially India to international (first and mid-mile), is desirable.
- Candidates with prior similar experience are preferred.
- Fast learner, self-starter, problem solver, adept at planning and efficient execution, and skilled in explicit and effective communication.
