- Has expertise on web-based applications using JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Microsevices ,Spring Boot
- Should have expertise on Struts framework or Java Server Faces (JSF), Struts preferable
- Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and should have expertise on Oracle database.
- Knowledge of UML or any other standard modeling tool though not necessary but will be preferred. His depth will vary based on experience
- Knowledge of development tools like Eclipse and Version control system SVN / VSS / CVS and Bug tracker




- In depth knowledge on application servers like WebLogic & WebSphere will be an add on
- Valuable to have, knowledge on other development tools like ANT, JUNIT, Cruise Control etc.
- Good Communication Skills
