Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural diagrams and documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems

Requirements

- 8-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or .NET open-source projects
- 5-6 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce systems
- Proven experience in creating end-to-end solution designs for at least five unique systems/projects




- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges
- Proficiency in visualizing and documenting solution designs and architecture
- Full-stack development knowledge, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Java, C#, SQL, NoSQL) technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD and automated testing
- Should have positive experience in providing solutions to support Pre-sales

Desirable

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
