- Retired Commissioned Officer from the Indian Armed Forces, not below the rank of Lieutenant.

- Should have prior experience in a capital goods manufacturing workplace.
- Responsibilities
- Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness:
- Conduct regular fire mock drills.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of effective firefighting systems and protocols.
Plant Administration & Discipline:
- Ensure discipline and administrative control across a plant with a workforce exceeding 5000 employees operating in three shifts.
- Maintain a proactive and visible presence to uphold order and adherence to company policies.
Security Management:
- Lead and supervise a security team comprising 100+ guards and supervisors across all shifts.
- Oversee CCTV monitoring and manage entry/exit of heavy vehicles, raw materials, and finished goods.
Facility & Estate Management:
- Manage housekeeping and horticulture activities spread over 50+ acres in both plant and township premises, handled through external contractors (100+ workers).
- Ensure the upkeep and functioning of common facilities such as:
- Health club
- Staff club
- Playgrounds
- Indoor/outdoor sports areas
- Swimming pool
- Employee engagement and cultural programs (New Year, Diwali, Annual Picnic, etc.)
Liaison & Coordination:
- Establish and maintain strong coordination with local district authorities, police, media, and trade unions.
- Conduct background verifications, internal enquiries, and manage local-level administrative matters.
Systems & Compliance:
- Be conversant with ISO 14001:2008 and ISO 45001:2018 management systems.
- Ensure all related compliance and documentation requirements are met.
