- We are seeking an experienced Foundry Production Manager to lead our team in producing high-quality metal castings (Gray and SG Iron). The person will be responsible for managing the production process, supervising staff, and ensuring effective operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Spheroidal Graphite (SG) or Grey Cast Iron (CI) experience

Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.

Experience: 10-18 years of experience in foundry production management.

- In-depth knowledge of SG Iron and Grey Iron production processes. Proven experience in Rejection Analysis, and ensuring effective CAPA.
- Experience in Productivity improvement, and Yield improvement is a must.
- In-depth knowledge in compliance with requirements of IATF 16949 like APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc.
- Should have handled production/Quality functions for a Foundry catering SG Iron/ Grey Iron Castings to automobile industry
- Should have knowledge in Methods, job costing /estimation
- Should have knowledge in Financials /budgeting / Capex preparation
- Hands on experience in process Cost control
