Key Deliverables
- Lead tolling operations across assigned units ensuring production meets sales targets
- Plan and execute daily/weekly production aligned with RM-PM availability
- Manage dispatch scheduling and customer order fulfillment with documentation
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and ISO 9001/14001 procedures
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate between tollers, transporters, and customer service
- Monitor production and resolve operational issues affecting output
- Handle ERP transactions for GR, POs/STOs, and invoicing
- Conduct audits and maintain hygiene and standards at tolling sites
