- 1. Minimum 20 years experience in handling HR in Micro finance/ banking domain.
- 2. Hands own experience in Talent Acquisition (mass recruitment) and exposure to South and northern parts of India. 3. Exposure in HR operations, employee life cycle management.
- 4. Candidate should ready to relocate to Kerala

- *Manpower Planning and Placements as per requirements of MB Channel
- *Employee Onboarding as per the bank policies
- *Ensure smooth Employee life cycle management,
- *Employee performance Management in the MB channel.
- *Managing HR Operations in the MB channel.
- *Support Corporate HR /L&D; team for ensuring the corporate policies, procedures, trainings are adhered across the channel
- *Coordinate with business for ensuring the employees are engaged and joyful so as to improve employee productivity.
