Job description

- Knowledge in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, JIRA and PostgreSQL.
- Write, test, and deploy code using established coding standards and procedures.
- Stay on track by following best practices and established processes for large, complex projects.
- Maintain, refine, and troubleshoot challenges with existing software to make sure it s up to code.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal DevOps and Engineering team
- Effective collaboration with the team
- Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time
