nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage end-to-end accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST compliance, audits, and banking transactions. The role requires solid analytical skills, accuracy, and compliance knowledge.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Accounts Payable (AP)

- Invoice booking and verification as per company policyn
- Processing vendor payments and maintaining payment schedulesn
- Vendor registration and master data managementn
- Handling employee expenses and reimbursement processingn
- Intercompany reconciliation and confirmationn

n2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

- n




- Customer invoicing and billingn
- E-way bill generation and compliancen
- Recording customer receipts and bank entriesn
- Follow-up with customers for outstanding paymentsn
- Customer account reconciliationn

n3. GST Compliance
n
- n
- Preparation of monthly GST workings(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)n
- GST reconciliation(Books vs GSTR-2B)n
- Analysis of ITC and mismatch handlingn
- Follow-up with vendors for non-filing / short filing casesn
- RCM working and accountingn
- GST treatment for employee reimbursementsn

n4. Audit & Compliance

- n
- Preparation of GL schedules and supporting documentsn
- GL reconciliation and variance analysisn
- Maintaining fixed asset register(CIF Register)n
- Supporting internal and statutory auditsn

n5. Banking & Foreign Transactions

- Preparation of import payment documents(A1 & A2, remittance, etc.)n
- Handling export documen
