n Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage payroll operations for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.n
- Oversee end-to-end payroll activities including inputs, validations, salary processing,



statutory deductions, reimbursements, variable pay, bonuses, and final settlements.n
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, labour laws, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, LWF, e-TDS, Form 16, and TRACES requirements.n
- Review payroll outputs, perform reconciliations, audits, and validations to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.n
- Maintain maker-checker controls, process governance, SOPs, and payroll documentation.n
- Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team while driving operational excellence and quality delivery.n
- Manage client relationships, address escalations, conduct payroll helpdesk activities, and ensure SLA/TAT adherence.n
- Prepare payroll MIS, JVs, compliance reports, and management dashboards with actionable insights.n
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits by providing accurate records and documentation.n
