nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a highly analytical and structured Associate Director – Sales Special Projects
n& COE to drive cross-functional programs, build scalable processes, and institutionalize
noperational excellence across the organization.
nThis role is ideal for someone from a Tier-1 engineering/tech background (IITs, NITs, BITs) or
ntier-1 MBA programs (top IIMs, ISB), who has experience in driving cross functional initiatives,
nprocess design, business operations,



process excellence or program management roles, either
nwithin high-growth startups or top-tier consulting firms.
nYou will work closely with business leaders, founders, and functional heads to solve complex
nproblems, improve efficiency, and drive measurable impact.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Strategic Initiatives and Program Management
n● Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution
n● Define scope, timelines, milestones, and measurable success metrics
n● Stakeholder management and alignment across Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, and Support functions
n● Drive closure and accountability across teams
