Qualification:

- Provide guidance and support to the team on implementing CAD & BIM concepts, including point cloud projects.
- Offer expert technical guidance on advanced AutoCAD and Revit MEP concepts to ensure effective project execution.
- Familiarity with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards, with experience working on projects that adhere to these standards.
- Proficient in creating and modifying Revit Families, with robust skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, and Navisworks, to support effective design and collaboration.

Role:

Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore, Salem, Remote.

Work Mode: WFH & WFO.

Education Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) (Diploma candidates will not be preferred).

- Offer expert technical guidance on advanced AutoCAD and Revit MEP concepts to ensure effective project execution and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure familiarity with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards, applying knowledge to projects and providing guidance to team members as needed.
- Develop, modify, and maintain Revit Families, leveraging strong skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, and Navisworks to support effective design, collaboration, and project coordination.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on CAD, BIM, and related software.
- Participate in quality assurance and control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.
