Qualification:

- Candidate should have Mechanical/HVAC design, modeling, detailing and documentation with hand calculation and Data center experience.
- Working experience in Commercial Buildings & Residential Buildings, Hospital Buildings, Sports facilities / Stadium.
- Valuable working knowledge in tools such as Revit, BIM360, Trane Trace / HAP, Navisworks.

Role:

Location: Bengaluru, Salem, Remote.

Work Mode: WFH & WFO.

Proposed Designation: Senior Design Engineer.

Education Qualification: B.Tech / BE - Mech (Diploma candidates will not be preferred).

- Design, Modelling, Detailing and Documentation: Design of Mechanical/HVAC systems (2D & 3D). o Construction documentation (BIM). Detailed design (BIM). Calculations using Trane Trace.
- QC: Follow project QC checklist.
- HVAC Implement QC standards across the projects.
- HVAC Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the projects.
- Client Coordination: Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead. Capture and analyze the client requirements:



HVAC Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead.
- This role will have no direct reporting associates.
- Responsible for overall performance of HVAC tasks (as assigned by the project lead).
- Overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks): HVAC
- Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients' expectations. Modelling Detailing Documentation Design and calculation of HVAC (must) Skillset:
- Technical:
- Revit MEP.
- AutoCAD.
- BIM360.
- Navisworks.
- Trane Trace.
- Domain USA HVAC standards.
- Working knowledge on USA projects.
- Design knowledge of HVAC systems is a must.

- Sports facilities / Stadium / Sports Buildings / Office Buildings / Hospital Buildings / Mixed-use Buildings.
