Educational and Experience Requirements for a Sales Director

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Min. 8 years of experience in institution sales & responding to RFPs
- Experience working with Institutions, PSUs and/or other government entities in Maharashtra & nearby states.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
- Robust industry knowledge and understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
