We are a Pune-based manpower recruitment agency serving clients across Real Estate, Facility Management, Luxury Jewellery, Logistics, Hospitality, MEP Contracting and other industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, offers and joining follow-ups.
- Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.




- Achieve monthly placement/recruitment targets.

Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a manpower consultancy/staffing agency.
- Experience in Facility management, Real estate, Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, Luxury Jewellery, Engineering & Infrastructure or similar industries preferred.
- Strong sourcing, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies.
- Target-oriented and proactive.
- English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.

Ideal candidate:
Someone with prior exp working in a manpower consultancy/staffing agency who can independently manage end-to-end hiring pipeline
