URGENT HIRING – CONSULTANT ANAESTHESIOLOGIST

POSITION

Consultant Anaesthesiologist – OT & ICU

QUALIFICATION

• MD Anaesthesiology

• DNB Anaesthesiology

• DA (Diploma in Anaesthesia)

• Valid NMC / Uttar Pradesh Medical Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced candidates preferred

• Candidates with hands-on OT, ICU and emergency anaesthesia experience will be given preference

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct pre-operative anaesthesia assessment and evaluate surgical fitness

• Administer general, regional and other appropriate anaesthesia techniques

• Provide anaesthesia support for elective and emergency surgeries

• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and ensure safe peri-operative management

• Manage airway, intubation and difficult airway situations

• Provide post-operative pain management and recovery care

• Provide anaesthesia support for emergency procedures





• Support ICU management of critically ill patients in coordination with the treating team

• Assist with ventilator management and hemodynamic stabilization as required

• Respond to OT, ICU and hospital emergencies

• Participate in resuscitation and Code Blue activities

• Coordinate with Surgeons, Physicians, Intensivists, OT staff and Nursing teams

• Maintain accurate anaesthesia charts, patient records and clinical documentation

• Ensure adherence to infection-control, patient-safety and hospital protocols

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of anaesthesia and peri-operative care

• Good airway management and emergency response skills

• OT and ICU experience preferred

• Knowledge of ventilator and critical-care management

• Strong clinical decision-making abilities

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Skilled and patient-centric approach
