URGENT HIRING – MBBS RMO

Location: Samrala, Punjab

POSITION

Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

QUALIFICATION

• MBBS from a recognized medical college

• Valid NMC / Punjab Medical Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

• Freshers are welcome

• No prior experience mandatory

• Hospital / Emergency / ICU exposure will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide medical support to OPD and IPD patients

• Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination

• Monitor vital signs and treatment response

• Attend to emergency and urgent medical cases

• Provide initial stabilization and treatment as per hospital protocols

• Assist Consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management

• Promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant

• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments

• Ensure timely investigations and follow-up of patients

• Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and clinical documentation





• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up

• Follow hospital, infection-control and patient-safety protocols

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good clinical assessment skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a hospital workplace

• Good communication and patient-handling abilities

• Ability to respond calmly during emergencies

• Professional and patient-centric approach

• Good coordination with Consultants and nursing staff
