About Agrizy

Agrizy is an agrifood technology startup founded in 2021 by Saket Chirania and Vicky Dodani, focused on transforming the agrifood processing sector. Agrizy works with FPOs and MSME food processors to unlock underutilized processing capacities and connect them with customized requirements from leading domestic and global buyers.

Through technology and operational support, Agrizy enables processors to improve their facilities, standardize operations, source quality raw materials, obtain certifications, and access working capital from formal lenders at competitive rates.

Role: Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Agrizy’s manufacturing, product launch, and export operations.

The role will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning and formulation through trial production, commercial production, and the first commercial shipment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple teams, and capable of driving projects to completion within timelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product launch projects from project initiation to first commercial shipment.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Finance, Legal, Design, Regulatory, Export, and Logistics teams.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and launch trackers.

- Maintain a centralized project dashboard covering project status, completion percentage, risks, blockers, dependencies, and revised timelines.

- Proactively follow up with stakeholders and resolve execution bottlenecks related to samples, product approvals, COAs, packaging artwork, costing, production, and shipment readiness.





- Build and maintain a master launch tracker covering new products, SKUs, countries, and private-label/customer-specific projects.

- Coordinate regulatory and compliance requirements, including product registrations, labeling, Halal certification, import permits, and other market-specific approvals.

- Ensure all required documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, Health Certificates, export documents, and compliance records, is completed and approved before shipment.

- Own the complete launch-readiness checklist covering formulation finalization, trials, QA approval, packaging, costing, commercial production, and first shipment.

- Work closely with Export and Logistics teams to align production schedules, shipment timelines, documentation, customs clearance, and customer commitments.

- Conduct regular project review meetings, provide progress updates, identify risks, and escalate critical issues when required.

- Identify opportunities to improve project execution, reduce time-to-market, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

- 6–8 years of experience in Project Management, Product Launch, Program Management, or New Product Development.

- Mandatory experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage (FnB), Consumer Goods, or D2C companies.

- Strong experience managing end-to-end product launches and cross-functional projects.

- Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, procurement, and commercial teams.

- Exposure to export operations and international product launches will be an added advantage.

- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Entrepreneurial experience or experience launching an FnB brand is highly preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting and independently drive projects from planning to execution.
