Role & Responsibilities

- Act as a right-hand to the Founder/CEO — managing calendars, travel logistics, and daily priorities with ruthless efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives — from investor decks to board meeting prep, ensuring alignment across legal, finance, and growth teams.
- Own founder communication workflows — draft, edit, and distribute internal memos, investor updates, and external stakeholder correspondence.
- Track key execution metrics and milestones — building dashboards and reports that surface insights to drive strategic decisions.




- Facilitate founder onboarding and ecosystem engagement — from intro calls with VCs to organizing founder retreats and partner events.
- Anticipate bottlenecks before they arise — proactively solving operational friction across meetings, systems, and workflows.
