Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Relationship Associate to handle customer queries through Email and Live Chat. This is a Non-Voice Customer Support role requiring strong written English communication and positive customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through email and chat.

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

- Maintain professional and courteous communication.

- Resolve queries within the defined turnaround time.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate; Freshers can apply.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.





- Strong English reading and writing skills.

- Good typing and computer skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations.

- Customer-focused attitude and good problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
