*Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering*

*Key Responsibilities:*
Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers and customers.
Conduct application study visits and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare costing and estimates for customized products.
Handle enquiries, tenders, techno-commercial offers, and e-bids.
Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Production, Quality, and Design teams.




Conduct product training for Sales Engineers and customers.
Handle OEM, Government, and key customer accounts.
Process orders, provide post-sales support, and resolve customer queries.
