Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily business operations
Lead and manage the operations team
Monitor team performance, productivity & targets
Handle operational issues and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with different departments
Prepare reports and track operational performance
Implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant Operations Management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage targets and work under pressure
Robust organizational and decision-making skills
