Here Is a Glimpse Of What You Will Do
- Process employee expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets Payment processing.
- Validating employee expenses as per policy.
- Resolve discrepant expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures
- Reporting activities - Generate and update the Employee/AP reports.
- Contact employee/vendors and confirm receipt of invoice/shipment. Employee/Vendor account reconciliation
- Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
- Reporting on weekly basis
- Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance
- Analyse data & come with his/her findings on automation opportunity.
Here Is Some Of What You Will Need (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and training.
- (5-8) years of related experience in Travel & Expense management.
- Flexible to work in US time zone.
