Night shift 6 PM to 3:00 AM

In this role, you are required to analyze and solve high complexity problems and reports within SLA time frame.
Your day-to-day interaction is with Peers within before updating clients and managers.
You will have major exposure with clients and/or management understanding instructions on reports.
You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on recent assignments.
You will need to be well versed with Excel and statistics and terms involved in the day to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders/ clients.
You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for you respective stakeholders/clients.
