We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end healthcare recruitment and a strong understanding of US healthcare staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions, including RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, and Allied Health roles.

- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, certifications, licensing, location, and client requirements.

- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, documentation, onboarding, and follow-ups.





- Maintain robust candidate relationships and consistently work toward submission and placement targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 Years of US Healthcare Recruitment Experience Required.

- Strong experience recruiting healthcare professionals for contract/travel staffing positions.

- Good knowledge of US healthcare terminology, licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements.

- Experience with job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques.

- Excellent English communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
