Cloud & Network Security
Manage, support, and optimize Palo Alto Firewalls deployed in Microsoft Azure
Handle firewall rule creation, policy changes, NAT, routing, VPNs (Site-to-Site / User VPN), and security profiles
Perform Azure cloud security implementations and ongoing support
Work with Azure native security services such as:
Azure Firewall
NSGs & ASGs
Azure Defender / Microsoft Defender for Cloud
Azure Monitor & Log Analytics
Conduct security hardening, risk assessments, and remediation activities
Operations Management
Own and manage end-to-end security operations for assigned clients
Lead Incident Management, including troubleshooting, RCA, and resolution
Manage Change Management planning, review, implementation, and documentation
Handle Problem Management, identify recurring issues, and implement permanent fixes
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met
Client & Team Interaction
Act as the primary point of contact for cloud security-related issues
Coordinate with Azure,



network, SOC, and application teams
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Participate in client calls, audits, and security reviews
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation
Ensure changes follow security best practices and governance standards
Support internal and external audits when required

Desired skills

Robust hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (preferably VM-Series in Azure)
Solid experience in Microsoft Azure security and networking
Practical experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Good understanding of cloud networking concepts (VNETs, Subnets, Peering, UDRs)
Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
